Today our class visited the Food Science and Technology Centre at Massey University. This was part of our Career Studies progamme. At the University we were shown how scientists and food technologists make new foods. We are grateful to the staff who spent some time preparing for our visit. The message – if you want to do food technology take Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics at High School.
